1. Confidentiality in relation with the customers is a core value at Softlab. Employees must respect and safeguard the confidential information of the clients, avoiding any unauthorized disclosure or misuse of the same.
2. The co-workers of Softlab can't establish trade relations or employment with any company client of the organization without the proper authorization of the address. In case of termination of the employment relationship with Softlab, is set for a period of two years before being able to establish a new relationship with a client of the company.
3. Softlab protects and respects the intellectual property rights of both their own and their clients. Employees are required to safeguard and not disclose proprietary information without proper authorization.
4. At the end of the employment relationship with Softlab, employees are required to return all the information and intellectual material that is in its power, while ensuring the protection of the assets of the company.
5. Softlab categorically rejects any form of laundering, and it is prohibited to receive or accept promises of payment from proceeds of the illicit money. In case of detecting acts of this nature, the company will take appropriate legal action and apply disciplinary sanctions relevant.
6. Softlab has the power to punish any person who is involved in acts of corruption, whether they are managers, directors or employees. To designate a responsible person.
7. The employees of the company must respect and protect the confidential information of the clients, avoiding any unauthorized disclosure or misuse of the same.
