We are committed to promoting the responsible use of AI, security, data privacy and ethics in the management of the information of all our shareholders, clients, suppliers, employees and society, among others.

1. Client confidentiality is a core value at Softlab. Employees must respect and safeguard clients’ confidential information, preventing any unauthorized disclosure or misuse of it.

2. Softlab employees may not establish business or employment relationships with any of the organization’s client companies without proper authorization from management. When employment with Softlab ends, a period of two years must pass before a new relationship with a company client can be established.

3. Softlab protects and respects intellectual property rights, both its own and its clients’. Employees are required to safeguard intellectual property information and not to disclose it without proper authorization.

4. When their employment with Softlab ends, employees must return all intellectual information and materials in their possession, ensuring the protection of the company’s assets.

5. Softlab categorically rejects any form of money laundering, and receiving or accepting promises of payment from illicit funds is prohibited. If acts of this nature are detected, the company will take the appropriate legal action and apply the relevant disciplinary sanctions.

6. Softlab has the authority to sanction anyone involved in acts of corruption, whether managers, directors or employees. A responsible person will be designated.

7. Company employees must respect and safeguard clients’ confidential information, preventing any unauthorized disclosure or misuse of it.
